Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Free Returns
Returns are free for all orders.

How to Return:

• Registered Users: Log in to your Shopify profile and apply for a return to receive a free return shipping label.
• Guests: If you don't have an account, please contact us at info@maimai.lv or via WhatsApp at +371 23203606 with your order details to request a return label.

Exchanges: If you would like to change the size, color, or switch to another item, it’s also free of charge! Simply contact us at info@maimai.lv or via WhatsApp at +371 23203606, and we will provide you with a free return label.

Standard Return Rules:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
• Original packaging is preferred.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
• SAMPLE SALE items or custom products may not be eligible for returns (please check product details).
